Green is the New Trend
The trend in auto technology is leaning towards the green technology. There are so many kinds of engines that are designed to be as fuel-efficient as possible. In fact, small vehicles that use minimal fuel are popular in Europe while hybrid vehicles are becoming popular in Asia. Basically, these vehicles combine electric motor with a combustion engine for a reduced emission, and of course, reduced fuel usage.
One of the most notable green vehicles is the Honda Civic GX. It uses compressed natural gas or CNG to operate. However, it does not go as far as other vehicles in terms of miles per gallon but its high efficiency and almost zero emission makes it a favorite. It is undeniable that it is the “friendliest” car that is available today in the market.
With that being said, it is apparent that automobile manufacturers such as Toyota, GM, and other big names in the industry will try to come up with better vehicles. With the current environment conditions these days, having more fuel-efficient cars is certainly a welcome development.
