Microsoft Surface
Microsoft Surface, the 30 inch display that gives users the ability to interact with devices in a familiar way is now being launched in the retail environment. Users can use touch, gestures, and even placement of devices into the display. So it is actually a surface that gives life to learning, exploring, and sharing to anyone who uses it. AT&T will use the Microsoft Surface on its retail stores so that their customers will be able to use their devices without the traditional keyboard or mouse. Because of this, users can have the following benefits:
Learn – customers will be able to see the features of a mobile device by putting it onto the display. This is because Surface will recognize the device and it will put all the graphical overview of the gadget capabilities.
Explore – can use interactive coverage maps at various levels including state, local, or even on the street level by simply making use of hand movement and touch to scale the maps and determine its coverage area.
Customize – customers will have the ability to drag and then drop various media including ring tones, video, and graphics in the future.
As you can see, the Microsoft Surface can definitely provide a whole new experience to customers.
