At the price of around $150, this digital camera is definitely a bargain especially if you consider its 7 megapixel capability. Probably the best thing about the Photosmart R742 is its ease of use; the menu offers a couple of options that are divided into categories such as playback, video recording, general camera settings, and capture.
The HP Photosmart R742 Digital Camera is not a good choice for professional photographers though because they may find these simple features quite limiting.
